Tahoe Vista

In this central north shore area you will find several tree studded subdivisions perched above the lake with nice south-facing orientations as well as a residential neighborhood known for smaller, more affordable cabins.  Residents in this area have several nice public lake access options.  Tahoe Regional Park is a great public amenity with nordic skiing and sledding in the winter and sports fields, playground, picnic areas and trails for use all summer.  There is a small commercial area in Tahoe Vista with restaurants, hotels and a post office.
