Pine Forest is a newer, small residential subdivision in Truckee near the Alder Creek Middle School. You will find nice mountain style homes on homesites that are typically over 1/2 acre. Underground utilities and nice forested settings as well as good proximity to town, schools, and other attractions make this a good location for vacation home owners or full-time residents. Real estate in Pine Forest, Truckee is similiar to offerings in nearby Gray’s Crossing and Prosser Heights, however, there are no amenities associated with the subdivision.
