Kingswood Estates

Kingswood Estates was established in the late 70’s with most development during the 80’s and 90’s. This area is located off of Highway 267 outside and north of Kings Beach. Kingswood West is further up Hwy 267 towards Northstar and is situated with forest land on almost every side. Homeowners in Kingswood Estates and Kingswood West enjoy the convenience and access of the downtown, beaches, and entertainment of Kings Beach with larger lots and more spacious settings. Great back-country trail access for snow mobiling in winter and hiking and mountain biking in summer.
