Kings Beach

Also known as Brockway Vista, Kings Beach is one of the most established neighborhoods in north Lake Tahoe. Kings Beach is made up of a couple different residential neighborhoods, downtown commercial area, parks and beaches. Located at the intersection of Highway 267 (a couple miles from Northstar) and Highway 28, one mile west of the state line in Crystal Bay. The lower Kings Beach neighborhood known as Brockway Tract consists of many small lots (originally campsites) and many older cabins. Kings Beach Real estate offers some of the least expensive homes in north Lake Tahoe can be found here, as well as, nice, new homes and lakefront condos. Cabins with lake views are available along the east side of town and golf course properties are found in Wood Vista, along the west side of town. Boasting one of the nicest public beaches at the lake, Kings Beach is especially popular in the summer. Also in the summer, people visiting and living in Kings Beach enjoy golfing at Old Brockway 9-hole golf course, arts and crafts fairs, watersport rentals, Friday night concerts on the beach and much more.
