Talmont and Tahoe Park Heights

Elevated above the lake just south of Tahoe City on the west shore are the Talmont and Tahoe Park Heights subdivisions.  The lake views, sunny exposures and forest areas surrounding this subdivision create a very quiet and unique mountain location.  Talmont features the trail head to beautiful Paige Meadows and the back-country areas beyond.  Many homes located in this area belong to the Tahoe Park Association with a private, gated, 3-acre lakefront area with 2 piers, sandy beach, grassy lawn, picnic and bar-b-cue areas and more.
