Tahoma

Although its one of the larger west shore residential subdivisions, Tahoma has a quaint and friendly small town feel.  Sugar Pine State Park is located to the south, the lake to the east and other subdivisions to the north and west.   Homewood ski area is just a mile north for winter fun.  Tahoma real estate offers some of the best bargains around the lake. Tahoma lots for sale are typically level and 50 x 125 feet in dimensions and homes are usually smaller and more affordable than those in other areas in west shore.  There is a shared homeowners association beach and pier as well as a community park and playground with family movies and events through the summer.
