As the name implies there is a lake at the rear (east) of this Woodsy Truckee subdivision allowing some properties nice lake and mountain views. Located just north of Highway 80, off of Highway 89 with convenient access in every direction. Most lots in this area are between .25 and .3 acres with moderate homes. On the other side of Highway 89 is a similar, smaller subdivision called Prosser Lake Heights with some larger lot sizes and a gated area with acreage estates.
